The Agile Leader 360 is a survey tool designed for professional development. The survey works on any device, and takes 10-20 minutes to complete. Individual results are not shared with the organisation.
We coordinate a structured assessment process, including issuing the Agile Leader surveys to 7 - 15 nominated feedback providers.
Each Leader receives a 30 page feedback report and a personalised debrief including co-designing a development plan.
