In the last 12 months, we’ve been progressively adding coaching services to our practice.
Some of our recent projects have been personally fulfilling by seeing others succeed where they thought they were stuck.
So why wait for an epic strategy to decide it’s time do something?
Reflection and inquiry to get to the heart of the matter might be more important.
Big doors swing on little hinges.
Here’s a quick example:
I am currently coaching a Finance team on continuous improvement. The going-in premise was: what things could you personally change and, which of those ideas are you most excited about implementing?
After four separate one-hour coaching sessions the team collectively identified nine inspiring improvement initiatives to make a tremendous difference to their day-to-day work, themselves and those they work with.
Meaningful and self-directed change is really powerful.
What difference might some self-reflection and curious inquiry make in your Operations or Finance teams?
And why wait for the epic strategy to make some meaningful change?
